✅ This is a self check-in home not a hotel so please keep that in mind as there is no one onsite 24/7.
✅ If issues arise please contact us ASAP and we try to resolve as quickly as possible.
✅ Guest count is the max # of guests (adult and children over 12 months) allowed on the property at all times during your entire stay. If your guest amount is understated you will be charged for entire length of your reservation per each guest over.
✅ After booking you will receive links to Reserve your Refundable Security Deposit HOLD and E-sign your Rental Agreement.
✅ Please note credit card fees can not be refunded under any circumstance including cancellations.
✅ For safety and liability reasons we use outdoor security cameras in front and backyards which may include any pool and spa areas.. We use noise monitors (party squashers) inside the homes.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

While we diligently strive to make your stay with us 5 stars, things do happen beyond our control. While we do not schedule regular maintenance during stays, we can not guarantee all amenities such as pools, HVAC, hot tubs, internet, TV etc will be available during your stay due to things beyond our control. Should a problem or concern arise during your stay you agree to notify us and give us an opportunity to resolve the issue and/or offer alternative solutions or substitutions prior to cancellation or refund. If necessary, you also agree to give us immediate access to the home to remedy the issue or concern.
