While we do not schedule regular maintenance during stays, we can not guarantee all amenities such as pools, HVAC, hot tubs, internet, TV etc will be available during your stay due to things beyond our control. Should a problem or concern arise during your stay you agree to notify us and give us an opportunity to resolve the issue and/or offer alternative solutions or substitutions prior to cancellation or refund. If necessary, you also agree to give us immediate access to the home to remedy the issue or concern.
