Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

We specialize in the management of long and short term rentals including luxury corporate housing/vacation rentals creating inspiring spaces for vacationers, corporate executives, military/ medical personnel and people who are in transition. While we diligently strive to make your stay with us 5 stars, things do happen beyond our control. While we do not schedule regular maintenance during stays, we can not guarantee all amenities such as pools, HVAC, hot tubs, internet, TV etc will be available during your stay due to things beyond our control. Should a problem or concern arise during your stay you agree to notify us and give us an opportunity to resolve the issue and/or offer alternative solutions or substitutions prior to cancellation or refund. If necessary, you also agree to give us immediate access to the home to remedy the issue or concern.
